Coffee Coffee Coffee!

An abundance of coffee shops are located everywhere thoughout Oakland. Whether you want to grab a cup of coffee from one of the standard coffee chain locations such as Peet's Coffee or Starbucks, or if you want a different variety such as Bicycle Coffee or Blue Bottle, you can't go wrong at all.

Just keep calm and drink the coffee!

Farmers Market

The Farmers Markets are great places to go to support local farmers, as well as buying organic fruits and vegetables if one wants to have a healthy diet. The events are hosted throughout Oakland on different days.

Hosted at Fruitvale Village on Thursdays, at Old Oakland on Fridays, at Grand Lake on Saturdays, and at Jack London on Sundays.

Telegraph/Broadway

There are so many great restaurants and bars located on Broadway and Telegraph. You have to go check them out and expereince them in person!

A shout-out to Drake's Dealership..oops I shouldn't have mentioned that, the place is crowded enough as it is!

Temescal

Don't forget to visit the Temescal area when you get the chance to experience one of Oakland's hidden gems when it comes to cafes, food, and drinks.

Shout-out to Homeroom, a good mac 'n' cheese restaurant.

Mexican Food Trucks

Oakland wouldn't be Oakland without the myriad of food trucks located throughout Fruitvale and International. Visit any one of the many food trucks when you are craving Mexican food.
